NCA works directly with educators who seek to adopt asset-based and relational approaches in their instructional and advising practices. We offer workshops for educators and institutions on supporting asset-based and relational approaches to teaching and career development practices. We also provide workshops fostudents focused on recognizing, articulating, and leveraging their networks and cultural assets.

Examining College Students’ Community Cultural Wealth Through Sociogram Assisted Interviews
This guide describes what we learned from using sociograms, or diagrams of ego networks, in longitudinal interviews with Latine college students about their social support and Community Cultural Wealth. Instruments used for the study is also shared through Github repository.
