Kyoungjin Jang-Tucci is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Educational Policy Studies and a Project Assistant at the Center for Research on College-Workforce Transitions at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Her work is driven by a commitment to understanding and supporting college students’ transitions to working adulthood amid shifting social, cultural, and technological conditions. Her research and teaching focus on holistic and equity-centered approaches to student development, with particular attention to how social relationships, institutional contexts, and emerging technologies shape career pathways, professional identities, and opportunities.

Beyond research and instruction, she is actively engaged in mentoring students, facilitating workshops, and contributing to broader conversations on higher education, labor markets, and career preparation. Using both qualitative and quantitative methods, she aims to make research more accessible, inclusive, and impactful for scholars, educators, and students navigating the complexities of contemporary working adulthood.
